How do I register as a healthcare provider on MoleculeDx?
Click “Join as a Provider” on this page. Complete the 3-step registration — your personal credentials (including NPI number), practice information, and account setup. Once submitted, our clinical partnerships team reviews your application within 24–48 hours and sends your activation email.
What credentials are required to sign up?
You’ll need a valid NPI (National Provider Identifier) number, state medical license number, work email address, and practice/organization details. Any licensed healthcare provider authorized to order diagnostic tests is eligible — including physicians, NPs, PAs, and authorized clinicians.
How long does provider verification take?
The Moleculedx Doctor Partnership Programme is for referring physicians and specialists. Enrolled doctors can refer patients for testing, access patient reports (with consent), and receive the benefits of being part of our medical advisory and incentive network.
Is there a BAA (Business Associate Agreement) signed at onboarding?
Yes. A HIPAA-compliant Business Associate Agreement is signed during the registration process as part of our standard onboarding. All patient data exchanged through the platform is governed by this agreement.
Can a hospital or clinic onboard an entire team of providers?
Yes. Hospitals and multi-provider practices can be onboarded under a single organization account. Contact our partnerships team at partners@moleculedx.com to set up a group onboarding, which includes a portal walkthrough and dedicated point-of-contact.
Is there training or support provided after onboarding?
Yes. Every new provider receives a platform walkthrough, a written user guide, and access to a dedicated MoleculeDx support contact. Ongoing support is available via email and phone for clinical queries, portal issues, and billing escalations.
