Everything Providers Need to Know

Can’t find what you’re looking for? Contact our clinical partnerships team at partners@moleculedx.com

Hospitals and clinics can apply through the For Providers page or write to partners@moleculedx.com. Once verified, your facility is onboarded into the Moleculedx partner network with its own secure portal, doctor list and pricing configuration.

The Moleculedx Doctor Partnership Programme is for referring physicians and specialists. Enrolled doctors can refer patients for testing, access patient reports (with consent), and receive the benefits of being part of our medical advisory and incentive network.

Eligible doctors who actively refer patients to Moleculedx are part of our incentive programme. Specific incentive structures, eligibility and payout terms are shared on a case-by-case basis during onboarding and governed by a written agreement.

On successful onboarding, your facility receives a dedicated, secure login to the relevant portal — the Hospital Portal for hospitals and the Lab Portal for partner labs. Each portal lets you create walk-in bookings, manage doctors, view bookings, and configure pricing.

Yes. As a partner hospital, you can add, edit or deactivate your in-house doctors directly from the portal, and select them during booking for medical authorization. Newly added doctors can also be onboarded into the Moleculedx Doctor Partnership Programme.

Yes. Each partner hospital and partner lab can have a custom price list per test, configured by the Moleculedx team. The right price is automatically applied during walk-in bookings made through your portal.

Front-desk staff create the booking from your portal in under a minute — capture patient details (name, date of birth, address, email, phone), pick a doctor for authorization, select the test, confirm payment, and print or email a booking receipt. The booking flows automatically into the unified Moleculedx platform.

Turnaround time depends on the test panel — typically 5 to 10 working days from sample receipt. Exact turnaround for each test is shown in the portal and on the patient’s confirmation, so your front desk can set accurate expectations.

If the patient is booked with a referring doctor or under your facility, the report is made available to the authorising doctor and to the hospital portal — subject to applicable consent and data-privacy rules.

Yes. On onboarding, Moleculedx provides a portal walkthrough, a written user manual for hospital and lab staff, and a designated point-of-contact at Moleculedx for go-live support and any subsequent escalations.

Data flows over secure, encrypted channels. Your portal provides a unified view of online and walk-in bookings linked to your facility, with role-based access so each staff member only sees what they’re authorised to see. Audit logs track every access and change.

Each partner has a designated Moleculedx contact for clinical queries (sample issues, repeat testing, report clarifications) and a separate operations contact for portal, billing or scheduling issues. SLAs and response timelines are agreed during onboarding.
